Dana – Donations:

- The Parami of Generosity:
- According to the tradition of pure Vipassana, courses are run solely on a donation basis. There is no wealthy foundation or individual sponsoring them. Neither the teachers nor the organizers receive any kind of payment for their service.
- How Dana is Used:
- Donations given at the end of a course and other general dana are used to finance future courses and center operations. This includes Construction Activities, food, utilities, supplies, and maintenance. All donations are tax deductible.
The current estimate to provide adequate facilities is Rs. Three Crores.
Students may avail the opportunity to earn paramies/merits by participating in this meritorious project by:
- Donating in Cash
- Cost of one residential unit (room,bathroom and veranadah) - Rs. one lakh.
- Cost of Water Project - Rs. 10 Lakhs.
- Cost of Mini Hall - Rs. 7 lakhs
- Offering Dhamma Seva
- Meditating on the land whenever possible
All
Donations are exempt under section 80G of the I. T. Act.
